End Of Summer Updates ๐Ÿ˜Ž

With the fall season right around the corner, weโ€™ve put together some new updates, bug fixes and improvements to get your account set up for the upcoming months!

Client Management

  • We restored the ability for clients to book into a recurring session with a fixed end date from the Client Portal
  • Clients are now notified when theyโ€™ve hit their make-up credit limit
  • We fixed an issue that was temporarily preventing bulk client price updates from being applied retroactively

Calendar & Attendance

  • We made improvements to the drag & drop functionality in the calendar
  • We fixed an issue that was temporarily showing attendee names as initials only in the Client Portal booking calendar
  • You can now search the calendar by inactive clients or trainers
  • Session Note reports can now be exported with special characters included
  • We made some general improvements to the calendar to improve load speeds

Website Builder

  • We increased the resolution limit for images uploaded to the website Website Builder
  • We fixed an issue that was causing website pages with names containing the โ€œ|โ€ symbol to not navigate correctly
  • We fixed an error on the booking form that was affecting prospective clients from different time zones

Business Settings

  • AthletaDesk membership receipts now include a full payment breakdown
  • We added a warning banner that appears during any attempt to use an unsupported payment processor

General/Other

  • The several menus throughout AthletaDesk now display with an improved slide-out interface
  • We fixed an issue where the number of times a client watched a video or listened to a music file in Online Resources was being recorded twice
  • The event category filter in the Revenue & Expenses business report now works as expected
  • We fixed an error that was preventing substitute trainers from accessing an inactive trainerโ€™s session resources
  • As a new security measure, email addresses that use “plus addressing” can no longer create new AthletaDesk accounts
  • The Mileage Log tracker now functions as expected
  • We fixed an issue in the Mileage Log that was causing month names to display incorrectly
  • Various cosmetic tweaks throughout
