
We’ve made quite a few updates this month, including a refreshed experience for adding new clients and clearer terminology in your billing profile settings. Check out all the new updates below!
Client Management
- We cleaned up the client Bulk Actions menu – reports and status updates are now huddled together in submenus
- The “Add New Client” window has gotten a fresh new upgrade, with a smoother experience and updated slide-in window
- The Skype field has been removed from client profiles (any current content won’t be removed but the field will be labelled as “Deprecated”)
- BCC email recipients were being forgotten, now everyone receives emails properly
- SMS auto-replies are now properly sent in response to system-generated messages.
- Logging out of the Client Portal will redirect clients to the website saved for the business
- The Attendance Details window now appears as a slide-in window instead of a new page
- Account Contact emails were ghosting after a new contact is added. Now it saves properly.
- Clients added to a single-trainer business have the trainer automatically assigned to them
- Cancelling and re-starting the client import process in a specific was causing errors, but we’ve cleaned it up!
Trainers & Staff
- We fixed an issue that was affecting manually added payroll transactions after applying new payroll settings
- Single-trainer accounts no longer display the redundant “trainer” column on the Clients page
- Payroll base settings weren’t able to be updated on some mobile devices, but now they’re totally mobile friendly
- All-day events were appearing in the payroll settings as occurring at midnight. No night owls here anymore!
- When admins have to clarify an ambiguous payroll entry, the trainers involved can’t view it yet
- Trainers without the privilege of managing other clients can no longer view client message history
Calendar & Attendance
- We cleaned up an issue where calendar filters would reset after switching to windowed mode
- Dragging & dropping on the calendar was confusing payroll balances. We straightened it out.
- If you select “Specify a price per client” when creating an event and leave the field blank, you are now reminded to fill in the blank (instead of causing an error)
Accounts & Invoices
- The “New Invoice” window has gotten a fresh new upgrade, with a smoother experience and updated slide-in window
- Marking an invoice as paid no longer causes the table to load twice. Once is enough.
- Invoices can no longer have a due date set before the invoice date. No more time travelling allowed.
- Invoices with creation dates landing between March 1-9 were jumping forward a day. They no longer yearn for daylight savings time.
- The Send Invoice (Email) window now appears as a slide-in window instead of a new page
- When creating multiple invoices in a row, the system was carrying forward all settings including notes. We’ve stopped it from doing that automatically.
- You can now make edits to recurring charges that take place in the future
Business Settings
- You can no longer put values that don’t make sense into the fields for Late Fee Percentage or Fixed Amount (such as 222%)
- The New API Key window now appears as a slide-in window instead of a new page
- Deleting your last API key locked you out of your Webhooks like a forgotten password. Access has been restored.
- We fixed an error that was preventing new business settings from saving. It’s back up and running now!
- Time zone field in the business profile stopped telling time. It’s back.
- The Membership Fee Tracking window now appears as a slide-in window instead of a new page
Expenses & Other Revenue
- Expenses & Other Revenue once again allows entering “0” after the recent update.
- The Import Expenses feature was in stealth mode. Now it’s visible again.
- The “Save & Add Another” option in Expenses & Other Revenue was having attachment issues (the attachments carried forward). It’s fixed now.
General/Other
- Our billing terminology got a spring cleaning (Out with Default Billing and in with Initial Client Settings)
- Various radio buttons throughout AthletaDesk now give you a default option (no more indecision)
- Clicking away from a multi-step form was causing unfinished forms to submit like an overeager intern. It’s learned some patience.
- Mobile devices were being dramatic when it came to tooltips with buttons. Now, they’re fully cooperating on both mobile and tablet.
- The Mileage Tracker’s “Track My Trip” button is working again is ready for another adventure
- Sign-up conversion tracking codes are now working as expected. Simply add your tracking code and events will automatically be generated based on your form title!
- Make-up credit expiry logging has gotten a glow-up. The messaging is cleaner and the logs are alphabetized!
- No Trainer – General Event events were MIA on the attendance report, but they appear properly now!
- Various cosmetic tweaks throughout
