A November Welcome to My Profile

New Update Graphic 2023

November has come and gone, and that means that we have some new updates to share! We’ve introduced some new security features, fixed some bugs, and watch out because we’ve renamed “My Preferences” to “My Profile”!

Clients & Trainers

  • You can now update your trainer’s profile & settings in bulk with new bulk trainer actions!
  • Client Portal rescheduling refused to cooperate unless the duration was “just right”. It’s a lot more flexible now. 
  • If a client has a negative number of make-up credits, they won’t see the reschedule button anymore 
  • Setting training locations in availability has gotten a facelift! You can now choose multiple preferred locations and set them in order of preference. 
  • Editing an attachment in the trainer profile was being temperamental, but it’s calmed down now 

Booking Forms

  • Forms installed on an external website now politely scroll back to the top after submitting 
  • Clients with auto-completers were finding surprise walls in some sign-up forms. We knocked those walls down. 
  • The “Maximum advance booking time” setting was overstepping its boundaries, sometimes applying not only to booking but to viewing, but it’s fixed now 

Calendar & Attendance

  • The columns in Day & Timeline view got their headings crossed, but we straightened them out 
  • Editing too many things at once in a new event was causing some fields to forget what you typed, but now the goldfish memory is long gone 

Business Settings & Profile

  • The “My Preferences” section in the top right corner has been renamed to “My Profile” 
  • We’ve introduced a new security feature which can allow our support team to log you out of all devices at your request. This is helpful if you believe your password has been compromised in some way. 
  • Membership receipts now name-drop exactly which plan you are signed up for 
  • Editing your business logo and you accidentally click away? We’ve saved your spot 
  • Linking to Business Settings from the New Invoice window opens up in a new tab 

General/Other

  • It’s now easier to tell from an account whether a payment was made at a session or not 
  • Our Business Reports page got a makeover and now appears as a slide-in window instead of a new page 
  • Business Reports & Lesson Notes no longer support emojis 
  • We fixed an error that was appearing when trying to mark multiple leant items as returned at the same time 
  • We gave that “Something Unexpected Happened” message a refreshing upgrade (refreshing the page will more often fix the problem) 
  • Various cosmetic tweaks throughout
