Step 2: Schedule Sessions

Now that we have successfully added your clients, we can begin scheduling them on the Calendar! With little effort you’ll have an event packed calendar in no time.

Scheduling Sessions:

  1. Click on “Calendar” from the main menu on the left.
  2. Click on a date and select “Add Session” from the pop-up.
  3. When the “Add Session” pop-up appears enter in your session details. If your session is recurring, select “This Session Repeats“.
  4. Click the green “OK” button to save your new session details.
  5. Your new session(s) will now appear in the Calendar on the date(s) chosen.
  6. To edit session details, click on the session in the Calendar and choose “Edit“.

What the heck is the difference between “Add Session” and “Add Event”?!

Add Session” is a shortcut to the “Session” event category using the client’s default session duration and default price. “Add Session” also assumes that you want to setup a private session with one client.

For a group session, or to schedule a session that’s not the client’s usual length (or price), you’ll want to use the “Add Event” option.
