Do you remember? The second update of September? 🎵

This week’s update focuses on tweaks to make your growing client list easier to manage, view all the info you need at a glance, and communicate with ease! But that’s not all… we’ve made tweaks & improvements to the new version of AthletaDesk all across the board. Check out our list of updates below:

Client Management

• The Next Lesson & Last Lesson columns are now sortable in the client list
• We’ve added groups as an option when searching on the Clients page
• We fixed an issue where information entered in the optional School field of the new client sign-up form wasn’t displaying in the new client submission notification
• “Send Client Login Email” is now visible in the Messaging options when an adult client is selected
• We fixed an issue where Family Contacts weren’t displaying in the client’s profile (but they were displaying in the column in the client list)
• We’ve updated the Message History so emails scheduled to be sent on the current day are visible (regardless of their scheduled sent time)

Calendar & Attendance

• We’ve introduced a new dialog under a client’s Attendance & Notes tab that details the lesson notes & linked online resources for a specific attendance record, and displays a Show/Hide option for files when they are viewable within the dialog (i.e. images, videos, etc.)
• We updated the overdue attendance page so you can record notes while taking overdue attendance
• We fixed an issue with the Attendance & Notes tab in a client’s profile, where only events with unrecorded attendance were displaying

Families & Invoices

• We fixed an issue with the Client field when adding a new transaction where the first option in the dropdown was blank (it now says “Not Specified”)
• We updated the email & SMS placeholder to “Invoice Amount Due” instead of “Invoice Amount”
• We’ve added a banner to the Families & Invoices page to let you know when auto-invoicing is pending
• We updated the banner about invoices being sent so it displays within the Invoices tab rather than across the top of the page, and only displays for the correct Family Accounts

General/Other

• The browser tab now displays what page you’re currently on (i.e. “AthletaDesk – Calendar”)
• We’ve added a small in-app notification that pops up on the mobile/tablet view when printing something (previously the printable version would try to open in a new tab and could be prevented by a pop-up blocker)
• Coach Spaces in Online Resources are now in alphabetical order
• We’ve updated the Lessons Taught report to include an option to group by client
• We updated the Notes field when creating a report so it’s now a single line of text and is shown in the table on the main Business Reports page
• The Expenses & Other Revenue chart automatically refreshes when an entry is added or deleted so the chart always displays accurate data
• We fixed an issue where the Balance Remaining in a coach’s payroll tab was displaying the wrong amount (it was correctly calculated in other areas)
• We’ve hidden the option for clients to email coaches from the Training Log if that coach doesn’t have the permission set to view client email addresses
• Various grammar & capitalization updates throughout
