Trainer Reviews (The Basics)
- Clients can now leave and edit reviews directly from the Client Portal
- “Review Entry” has been added to the Contact Info page
- The Trainers & Staff page has a new Reviews tab
- Website Builder now supports a Reviews block
- We added a new Trainer Review homepage card
- External websites can now also display a Reviews widget
Client Management
- Messaging recipients are now sorted alphabetically.
- When a family has multiple clients, the Client Portal calendar will now remember which client is selected when switching months
- We fixed an issue that was preventing client csv lists from being imported when a trainer column is included but trainers have already been set to “Don’t Match”
Trainers & Staff
- You can now add substitute trainers after original trainer becomes “staff”. Identity crisis resolved.
- We fixed an error that was happening when the last trainer in a business is switched to an administrative staff member.
- Payroll “Pay Rate” now properly validates. (Blank is no longer a valid salary)
Reports & Expenses
- We fixed a bug that was preventing $0 expense or revenue entries from being deleted
- Make-up credit reports no longer include ghost entries
- Calendar reports now include category color legends. Pretty AND useful.
- Calendar report location legends have been added (No more guessing where “Room 2” actually is)
- We improved the Calendar Week Report (so that it’s up to par with the Calendar Month Report)
General/Other
- Our billing terminology got a rebrand (“base billing mode” is out, “lesson price” is in)
- Website Builder forms (including registration forms) can now be cloned! No more manually entering everything again.
- You will now get a warning when attempting to save an email template with a duplicate name
- Homepage slide animations are now smoother
- Blog posts now support longer character limits.
- We made improvements to the account onboarding process for new members
- Various cosmetic tweaks throughout
