Sorry, I Can’t Make It!

This week, we changed the behavior if you cancel a lesson by setting the attendance to “Instructor Absent”. With this attendance status selected, an SMS/Email Reminder is now automatically sent using the “Event Cancelled” email/SMS template. This ensures that athletes and parents who use SMS/email reminders will be notified in advance of the canceled lesson (no additional steps).

What else changed?

  • Latest News” on the Athelete Portal homepage now includes the new article icon (and color) and the title is now stylized so it’s more prominent.
  • Fixed a minor typo in the verb tense of the Email Notification Settings.

For multi-instructor businesses:

  • Instructors who have access to view other instructor’s calendars (but not edit them) now have the option to set the “Group Mode”. Prior to this change, this option was only visible for instructors who have permission to edit other instructor’s calendars.
